These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Spacejeux website, your Spacejeux account, and the lottery services made available through Spacejeux.
By accessing or using Spacejeux, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any additional rules or conditions applicable to a specific lottery game or service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or participate in games through Spacejeux.
1. About Spacejeux

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase lottery tickets or participate in lottery games offered through Spacejeux.
You must satisfy any applicable location and eligibility requirements at the time you purchase or participate.
Lottery products offered through Spacejeux are intended for eligible players in Québec unless otherwise expressly stated.
Spacejeux may request information reasonably required to verify your age, identity, eligibility or location.
You must provide accurate and current information when such verification is required.
3. Your account
Certain Spacejeux services may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete registration information;
- keeping your account information current;
- protecting your password and other authentication information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account;
- promptly informing Spacejeux if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not allow another person to use your account to purchase tickets or participate in games on your behalf where prohibited by applicable rules.
Spacejeux may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, verification, responsible-play, legal or regulatory purposes.
4. Lottery games
Each lottery game is governed by its applicable Official Game Rules.
Before purchasing a ticket, you should review the information provided for the relevant game, including:
- ticket or play price;
- draw schedule, where applicable;
- sales closing time;
- method of play;
- prize structure;
- odds of winning;
- prize claim requirements;
- any additional conditions applicable to that game.
If these Terms conflict with the Official Game Rules for a particular lottery, the applicable Official Game Rules will govern the participation and determination of prizes for that game to the extent of the conflict.
5. Ticket purchases
A lottery purchase is completed only when it has been successfully accepted and recorded by the authorized Spacejeux system.
Submitting a selection or payment request does not by itself guarantee that a ticket has been successfully issued.
You are responsible for reviewing the information associated with your purchase and confirming that your selections are correct.
Ticket purchases may be subject to sales deadlines and other restrictions established for the relevant game.
Spacejeux may refuse or cancel a transaction where required by law, applicable Official Game Rules, security requirements or technical circumstances.
6. Draws and game outcomes
Draws and other lottery outcomes are conducted or determined according to the Official Game Rules applicable to each game.
The information displayed on the Spacejeux website is provided to help players conveniently review results.
Where there is any discrepancy between information displayed on the website and the official records used to determine a lottery result or prize entitlement, the official records shall prevail.
7. Checking a ticket
The Check a Ticket feature allows you to enter or scan ticket information to obtain an indication of whether a ticket may be associated with a prize.
Ticket-checking information displayed online is provided for convenience and remains subject to official validation.
A ticket must satisfy all applicable validation and prize-claim requirements before a prize is paid.
Keep your ticket — paper or digital — until your prize has been paid.
8. Prizes
Prize amounts, prize structures and methods of payment vary by game and are governed by the applicable Official Game Rules.
A prize will be paid only after the winning ticket or eligible participation has been successfully validated in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Spacejeux may require reasonable identity, age, eligibility or ticket verification before paying a prize.
Prize claims must be submitted within the claim period applicable to the relevant lottery.
Information about claiming prizes is available through the applicable Official Game Rules and prize-claim information provided by Spacejeux.
9. Responsible play
Lottery participation should be treated as entertainment and not as a source of income.
Spacejeux provides responsible-play information and tools through Play Bright, including tools designed to help eligible users manage their participation.
Depending on the services available, these tools may include spending limits, play limits, temporary breaks and self-exclusion.
Certain responsible-play restrictions may remain in effect for the period selected and may not be immediately reversible.

10. Availability of the website
Spacejeux aims to provide reliable access to its website and services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, system updates, technical failures, communications interruptions, security incidents or circumstances beyond Spacejeux’s reasonable control.
Spacejeux may temporarily suspend or restrict access to any part of the service where reasonably necessary to protect players, maintain system integrity or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
11. Errors and technical issues
Spacejeux may investigate transactions affected by technical, system, processing or communication errors.
Where an error affects a ticket purchase, transaction, game result display or account activity, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law, the Official Game Rules and the official system records.
A display error does not create an entitlement to a prize or payment that is not supported by a valid participation and the applicable official records.

Spacejeux takes reasonable steps to provide accurate and current information.

The applicable Official Game Rules and official records take precedence where required to determine participation, game outcomes or prize entitlement.
13. Intellectual property
The Spacejeux website and its content, including its name, branding, interface, graphics, text, logos and software, may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by Spacejeux, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Spacejeux content.
14. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Spacejeux for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to manipulate or interfere with a lottery game, draw, ticket or transaction;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account, system or network;
- use automated systems to interfere with the normal operation of the service;
- impersonate another person;
- provide false information for eligibility or identity verification;
- interfere with security or responsible-play controls;
- use the service in any manner prohibited by applicable law or the Official Game Rules.
Spacejeux may restrict access where misuse, fraud, security risks or prohibited activity is reasonably suspected.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Spacejeux may add, modify, suspend or discontinue website features, lottery products or services where permitted by applicable law and the relevant Official Game Rules.
